Who are we
- You grant the consent to RALLYE REJVIZ z.s., address Preslova 304/63, 602 00 Brno, ID: 70809771, registered in the Public Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, Section L, Insert 7898 (hereinafter "Administrator") , within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"), to process the following personal data:
- Name and surname
- Organization name
- Telephone number
- Birthdate
- address
- Chamber ID
- ID number
- Photo
- These dates must be processed for registration and Rallye Rejvíz competition and will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 10 years.
- You expressly consent to the above processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company's contact details – email: info@rallye-rejviz.cz, address: RALLYE REJVIZ z.s., Stránského 1350/35, 616 00 Brno.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data may also be processed for the Administrators by the following processors:
- Software provider: Jurij Januševsky, Company ID: 44913834, Rašilovova 1471, 15600 Praha.
- Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications that are not currently used by the company.
- Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent any time,
- Ask us for information about the processing of your personal dates,
- Request an explanation for us regarding the processing of personal dates,
- Request access to these data with us and update or repair these dates,
- Require us to erase this personal information’s,
